The Supreme Court of the United States

Order in the court! Court is now in session! The presiding judge for this case is YOU!

The Supreme Court of the United States specialized committee places delegates at the heart of our judiciary system. This non-traditional specialized committee will act as a Supreme Court hearing discussing several pressing constitutional matters. Each delegate will take the role of a SCOTUS justice or counselor and simulate the proceedings of the Supreme Court, debating the case at hand and reaching a verdict to be read by the justices.

It is imperative that delegates take several factors into question when discussing these cases, as this simulation is as real as it can get. Delegates will be fully immersed in the Supreme Court and will be attempting to interpret the supreme law of the land, the US Constitution, while also enforcing their rulings into law.

This non-traditional committee will primarily be discussing a historical landmark case regarding a pressing constitutional issue.
